Dedicated to the memory of Jan
In memory of our wonderful mom, who sadly passed away on 23rd October 2016, just 9 days after being diagnosed with stage 4 Pancreatic cancer, which had spread to her liver and lungs. Pancreatic cancer is known as the silent killer, it's not often detected until very late and survival rate is very low. Please help us raise money for Pancreatic Cancer Action and in memory of a wonderful lady, who never gave up. Thank you x
